Information about our processing of your personal data

You should be aware of the following regarding our processing of your personal data:

  • The purpose of processing your personal data is to deliver our products or services to you and your company, and to keep you informed about news, features and product opportunities, in accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, when you sign up for our newsletter.
  • The legal basis for processing your personal data in connection with your purchase is the agreement entered into when you order goods, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR or Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
  • The legal basis for processing your personal data in connection with marketing is that the data controller, or a third party, may pursue a legitimate interest, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring protection of personal data override those interests, particularly if the data subject is a child, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
    The legitimate interest pursued is the marketing of new services and products.
  • The categories of personal data we store are ordinary personal data (for example name, address and email address).
  • We may disclose or transfer your personal data to external recipients, including our data processors, advisors and partners necessary to perform the task.
  • Some of our data processors may be located outside the EU/EEA, but all transfers are based on a lawful transfer mechanism.
  • We have received the personal data from you directly and possibly from publicly available sources.
  • We store your personal data for as long as permitted under applicable legislation, including bookkeeping regulations, consent rules, limitation rules and/or other relevant legislation.
  • We do not use profiling to make automated decisions that significantly affect a person's rights or freedoms.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us.

  • You have the right of access and rectification. This means that you can view all data you have entered on our platform at any time and correct or update the information.
  • You have the right to request erasure. This means that you may have your personal data deleted unless we, for accounting or legal reasons, consider it necessary to retain the data for a longer period. The data will be deleted no later than when any legal claims have expired.
  • You have the right to restriction of processing. This means that you can request that the processing be limited.
  • You have the right to object. In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
  • You have the right to data portability. This means that you can retrieve or receive your data at any time.

Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency If you wish to file a complaint, we would appreciate being informed and will do our best to resolve the issue. However, you are always entitled to file a complaint directly with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
