Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of when the order was placed. This excludes weekends and public holidays. With standard delivery, you can expect a delivery time of 2-5 business days, and with express home delivery 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped with track and trace.

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive tracking information.

Once orders are shipped, MESSYWEEKEND cannot alter nor change the shipping address. If the shipping address is incorrect, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly.

If there is an issue with shipping, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly due to privacy reasons. MESSYWEEKEND cannot give out the private information (e.g. name, address, phone number, email) of a customer to shipping carriers outside of the initial shipping label.

A new and unused product can be returned in original and intact packaging (box) for a refund or to be exchanged for another product within 14 days from the initial delivery. Please note any already paid shipping costs are non-refundable. A fee of 6-8 EUR (depending on your location) or 5 GBP will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover return shipping costs.

Products in the outlet collection (refurbished and discontinued products) are exempt from our regular returns policy and should be returned at your own cost. Once we have received the return you will be issued a shopping voucher on messyweekend.com for the same amount of the initial purchase.

How long does it take to process my return order?

Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive your return label in your email inbox (CANDA & USA excluded). When the label has been generated, you have 14 days to hand in your parcel. Your return will be processed within 1-5 business days after we have received your order.

When the returned item is received by our warehouse, and provided that it complies with our return policy (new and unused product), we will refund to your original payment method.

Please note that payments can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned goods will be refunded excluding express shipping costs.

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product?

First of all - we're deeply sorry! Please contact our customer support at hello@messyweekend.com, and they will help to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Warranty

We guarantee that all our products are free from production defects (materials and crafts) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches on lenses, normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, improper use or storage of the product, misuse, neglect or unauthorized changes.
